so here i am in ubud sari, bali, undergoing a detox programme. it's not as fun as you think okay. im surviving on fruit juice and supplements. but coming to think of it i dont really miss food. the awesome part is that i get to go for as many spa treatments as i want! haha it's really quiet here. i feel so zen-like okay living in an adorable hut and the people here seriously take the whole holistic lifestye approach very seriously. most of 'em are like strict vegans and they're from all over the world. i think the only part i hate is that im feeling so lethargic. i think im becoming a pig. all i ever want to do is sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.

i think fasting is really good. like your body is able to tell you what you've not been doing right. i think ive been eating way too much sugary stuff (which is going to be very difficult to change) i mean hello cookies, chocolates, icecream???? but yeah it was really embarrassing cos after some thermal wrap thing i actually fainted. i know right how ridiculously embarrassing!!! okay it wasnt like a full faint, thank God, but i couldnt see anyth and had to be carried into some chillax hut thing where they gave me sweet tea and really took care of me. so yeah unless i suffer from low blood glucose, which i highly doubt so, it means that my diet consists of waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much sugary stuff. :(

i love bali. i think it's the best place to escape to. i remember the first time my mom brought me here i immediately fellin love with the culture, the beach, the shopping!! ive had one of my best trips of my life here in bali back in like what sec2 i think? it was this huge family trip with all my million cousins and what not and practically the whole floor of g.hyatt was ours and god all we did was eat (yes rich loves their freshly baked bread to the core) and tan and shop and spa and i dont know catch crabs? hahahahhaa god those were the times. oh right, back to bali, it's like totally un-mordenized but it is so clean! it's a real refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of sg. altho right now im in ubud which is more like the outskirts of bali, the shopping here aint that bad! im really happy bali bounced back ever since the blast. there are so many tourists now. and everyone's so happy and relaxed. this is so the way life should be.

did i mention how absofreakinlutely cheap everyth here is? i bought a rainbow floppy hat for like i dont know 5bucks sg? (yes momo im keeping an eye out for a huge one for you!) and gosh the service here is just amazing. i mean i guess anywhere's service is comparatively better to sg's grouchy black faced salespeople. haha

so yup, day 2 of my fast. 4 more days to go!
